Camps, Retreats, Team Building, Family Reunions...

We offer our facilities for rental for special occasions such as family reunions, retreats, training events, and meetings.  We can host tent camping events, home-school graduations, or even business retreats and provide meals.   Churches can also rent the camp for their summer retreats and camps.  If you are planning your next retreat and would like to inquire about renting our facilities, please call our office at 620.441.0387.

PVCC offers three buildings to meet your lodging needs

  • The Rock Lodge offer 12 rooms, all with private bath and Queen beds. Each room will sleep up to 8.

  • The Brick Lodge offer 12 rooms, all with private bath and bunk beds. Each room will sleep up to 10.

  • The Retreat Center offers 2 separate sleeping areas with 32 beds in each, 6 ADA accessible bathrooms with showers, a meeting area with a kitchenette to accommodate your group.

PVCC has plenty of space for your group, large or small.

  • Our Chapel is fully equipped for your audio/visual needs and will seat up to 300 people.

  • Our Campfire and Amphitheater are unique outdoor settings that provide a beautiful space for roasting hotdogs and s'mores or just sitting around the fire or listening to music.

  • The Shack out Back offers pool, air hockey, table tennis, foosball, and places to enjoy board games.

  • The Dining Hall features a commercial kitchen and ample space for meeting and eating.

  • Each Lodge also has a large lobby for small group meetings or hang outs.

 

Recreational Activities

 PVCC has nearly 90 acres with great places to find adventure, discover beauty, or just relax.

  • The Challenge Tower offers opportunities for rock climbing, rappelling and a ride down the zipline.

  • PVCC Paintball brings another opportunity for groups to compete with one another in a variety of scenarios and games. We have a woods ball course set up at all times, but other courses can be set up with advanced notice. We can provide all the equipment needed for your group to enjoy a day of paintball.

  • Zero-entry sports pool.

  • Walking & Biking Trails.

  • 1000 yards of sandy beach on the Arkansas River for your enjoyment.
